Streaming voice on Saaras v3 realtime, Sarvam-30B, and Bulbul (Simran). Same knowledge idea as Nice Web Connect — no OpenAI Realtime, no JSON flow.

Gateway idle. Start the Python server, then tap Talk.

Mic stays in the browser. Audio is streamed to the local gateway, then to Sarvam. Allow the microphone. First greeting uses TTS cache after one warm-up.
